You haven’t mentioned about the mail client. If it is Thunderbird, the mail identity can be read directly in the PC version.
However, if you are in Outlook, that is going to be a difficult task. Outlook Mac files are not supported on Windows. Outlook Mac only exports in OLM format while the Windows version only imports in PST. At this point it turns a real difficult task to migrate OLM files to PST. I came across this issue a few years back, and I am still amazed that Microsoft is yet to make this path easier.
Paid tools are often a savior. OLM to PST Converter Pro by Gladwev did my job with much ease.
