Delegate the employees need to be guided, if the person is in a situation that needs guidance to make critical decision be at the level that you could support and show that you are a role model by showing that you are capable to make decisions and that he/she could see that and may be an example to him/her. Teach and motivate employees that they are confident and capable to make decisions at their level.
