HI Nader, I am doing MBA - Employee relations from the university of Leicester, currently I am writing my dissertation project.
After completing 11 modules I can confirm to you that really you need experience prior starting this long journey.
The experience will help you to continuously apply the knowledge that you will gain to your job.
It is very important to link them both to maximize the value and outcome of your investment in the MBA.
I can suggest that you wait till you have 2 years experience than start your journey.
Best of luck
