I left Saudi Arabia on exit re-entry Visa, and due to some reasons I didn't return. How can i check if I am banned to go back and until when?

Please note that I have been come on vacation on 21st Feb 2020. Further due to COVID19 I have been stuck in Pakistan and in mean while my company informed me that they don’t have more work in KSA so they are not willing to call me back. However, my Iqama has been expired on 17th Aug 2020 and in October I had sent my and my family original Iqama to my company to be submitted in JAWAZAT (Passport office KSA) Now I am getting good opportunity in new company and I want to relocate to KSA. Whereas, I heard that if someone had gone on Vacation (Exit – Reentry Visa) and don’t come back in that given time, then there will be 3years ban on him for travel to KSA. In my scenario please note that I had taken gratuity / full and final settlement from my previous company and there is not any balance due on either side. I came on vacation and was willing to go back on same company, but they refused to call me back. Now I want to relocate to KSA and getting new offer from other company. You are requested to overlook my case and guide me that how can I avoid this Ban and join new company at the sooner. Please note that its already been 10months I am jobless and I really need to join this opportunity. If you required any further detail from my end please let me know. According to the recent announcement from Saudi Jawazat, Those who failed to enter into Saudi Arabia after going on Exit Re-Entry visa, They will be banned for 3 years from entering into Saudi Arabia.

However, This rule may not apply on those who were unable to attend after the suspension of flights due to Coronavirus outbreak.

I come on exit reentry visa but my visa expire 10 March 2020. My sponsor sent me some papers. What the exact procedure for the exit reentry visa extend.

You are not banned, in some case have to wait intil iqama expired.

for safety reason please check your visa status in saudi Embassy before enter in Saudi Arabia on new visa.

Another option you can apply within 30days for extend re-entry visa. Extend re entry visa from sponser.

 

Hello, about you case depends of how long you stayed out The Consulate does not extend an exit re-entry visa beyond 30 days from date of experation. Application for an extention of a re-entry visa can not be filed before the visa has expired and provided that the Iqama is still valid.
