3. Attend seminars /conferences/online courses in your own field of work to gain such knowledge
4. Be a learner - ask questions from your seniors and collegues about what they see as the upcomimng changes and how they intend to face it.
5. As a HR you need to advise everyone that disruptions are taking place in all functions and Industries. People need to be prepared for it. Whilst doing this you yourself will get lot of insights in your own profession and be able to stay current in your profession.

Keep searching, looking , and read always for new ideas and thoughts, make a sessions and invite your employees from different departments let them apply their ideas and let them open their minds and say their suggestions. try to apply new proceduers and ideas inside your department first them inside the organization, Do not be a traditional employee, officer, manager. And believe in statement that say " with every sun rise there is something new in this universe !".
It is important to be focused on the business processes of your Company.
The persons you select must be aligned with the needs of knowledge, seniority, values, capacities and attitudes those processes imply.
