Well, nowadays you can see that retail shopping is conducting on phones, social platforms, tablets, and interactive kiosks. Retail is anything but also dead and yes ofcourse people still buy in store, but some dont shop .. instead they check prices, research reviews, comparing the products and consulting social media before buying. So, an omni channel retail is an approach to sales and marketing that provides customers with a fully integrated shopping experience, for example , customers cant browse a product in store , scanning it with their app .. and also they cant browse online store for new styles and explore those outfits on instagram facebook etc ... in lebanon we still dont have that .. for example some apps had alot of samples such as Disney App and amazon.
