Act such as POSH(Prevention of Sexual Harassment). It should be implemented in Workplace & each and every company and employees should be trained and educated how they could get into this act and be terminated and how to be safe from other colleagues irrespective of Gender.
This could be avoided by conducting a training session on harassment in the company for all employees including the manager. Training would clear the minds and provoke the work environment free of gender thinking to focus on the business only.
