What do you prefer when searching for jobs? i) Salary ii) Organization iii) Location iv) Anything else

i would like to prefer organization, because its like a cruise which accelerate your career growth by providing opportunities of polishing existing skills and open new horizons of learning and also equipped you to tackle more complex problems due to the rapidly changing working environment.
Due to its bigger plate form, it provides you to get work with people of different expertise in same field.
Organization helps you make your life more discipline and enhance level of competition.

Personally, I would look for a combination of all of the above, however, first and foremost I would say organisation. If you get into a good organisation the expected salary normally comes with it, if it does not it may still be worthwhile working for a good reputable company that looks after their employees and treats them well.

Organization.....Because good organization is offering good Salary and then you need not to Relocate your self

All Are important factors but it goes: Organisation, location, salary then different other aspects.

All of the above, all are very important for me.
