How do you put your argument in favor of your answer?
I think that it can be considered but its should not be the final decider there are many veraibles are associated with candidate and one or two test are not sufficient to measure the ability and strenght of candidate.
I believe that it should be considered, but not the actual decider.
Choosing this level, the candidate has to be judged by many factors, and psychometric tests can be considered as one.
