Always run the ads in Manual CPC. Start the bid from the minimum amount and increase it until the ad run in full throttle. If the bid is very low the ads won't run, if you start to increase the bid every 4 hrs, you can find the exact CPC where you can get more clicks. But the con is you need to spend sometime on it.
