the most boring job is where you do the same tasks, and you are not allowed to do any change  for improvement , or to be proactive, it's like they transform you to a robocop under remote .

I have boring jobs like working in municipal offices where the man has a Referat (your specific task), and every day it's the same deal. So there are no new events and can not be something new to learn, or achieve some progress.

If you have passion for your job or you landed in your dream job or related to your interest then NO WILL GET BORED!!!. Basically jobs are not bore or dry it is the monotony which make us dull and we lose our interest in the job and thus resulting in high turnovers and under performance.

No job is boring by nature.  It depends on the passion within an individual and his area of interest which determines the boredom or interest associated to a particular job
