How you can achieve double production targets in industry with min available resources?

I have experienced and achieved double production target while working at No 102 Air Engineering Depot, PAF Base Faisal as Production Engineer. I have applied following strategy in this regard:- 1. Conduct audit of production process (work sheets and realtime process) to identify lapses and non productive hours. 2. Overlapping of different production stages where possible. 3. Availability of well trained manpower with requisite materials to avoid delay factors. 4. All time serviceability of machinery equipment by close coordination with maintenance teams. 5. Deep involvement with shift workers round the clock. 6. Morale boosting of workers by monitory awards and commendation certificates. 7. Reading and understanding of TOs and SOPs in refresher training classes. 8. Arrangement of picnic parties and local gatherings with workers. 9. Care of workers by providing safety gadgets and strict implementations. 10. Last but not least, by showing good leadership qualities.
