What is the difference between verbal and nonverbal communication?

in verbal communication means written documents and others are included . so we can kept this is a permanent record of the organisation when an uncertinity faced by an organisation it will be beneficial.

                           in non verbal communication means it includes face to face conversation and includes facial expression and guestors will not treated as a permanent record when the uncertinity faced by an organisation.thus we can terminate this at any time.
