Reasons are. 1 we are in a jet age where technology are taking over the industries and if we Don't have a Solid foundation in bringing up the posterity to come in terms of ICT we will find it difficult to teach them at the advanced age. 2. When they are young or tender they learn More faster and accurately to compare when they are advanced. 3.to have a system circle of Development and discovery of gifted ones among them.
