Actually, I recognize two opportunities , which Bayt.com team can “ Improve” to help the individual targeting the actual / live posts , why ? How?
First of all , we should all know that fact, lot of companies / organization which dealing with Bayt.com , Also dealing with another agencies to publish their vacant to maximize their head hunting, as well they are posting the same vacancies on their companies internal web side, for its employees application and internal promotion .
Sometimes, the companies would like to hire internal only, but they still publishing that vacancies at external vacancies as Bayt.com “ I don’t know exactly the right reason , but may be its apart of the agreement between the companies and the recruiting agencies ).
Therefore, I really want to recommend below main issues to bayt.com to support them improving their excellent services .
1. Please review the searching engine mechanize, regarding looking to specific position, I.e : when you want to search for training position, when you write the WORD Training on the search bar, you will get all vacancies related to training BUT that vacancies offered Not sorted by date , which will confused any one using the service,
You will find one vacancies posted at bayt month ago then the second one2 days ago, then the third one two weeks ago “ We need the search criteria to have more than on sorting “ programmers know how to do that “ sorting by date within specific field.
i.e : when searching for training I got all posts , but I would like to specify my training search in a specific period of time “ last10 days , one month , etc .
2. Regarding the CV Dashboards, which can also be improved
I would recommend bayt to provide us with the positions filled already. How?
When you review your dashboard reports, you will find some position you applied for CV Not yet opened, CV Opened etc..
While the vacancy you applied for already filled, which accused your efforts all in vain
We need bayt to include the position case column which refers that position Either Filled internally / externally / on hold / postponed, etc.. So we will be aware of our wasting time/ efforts.
3. I would like Bayt to recommend whom ranked ( Bronze, silver, Gold ) specialties, to the companies looking for their specialty “ NOT only receiving this silly message
“you will get better visibility when you ranked bronz, etc“
We need bayt to recommend us and promote our CV’s to the TOP without paying and addition.
As we would like to know the level of more visibility they provide us with ?? .
4. As I would like bayt to improve the website “ Specialty part “ to include “ Pictures , Schedules, even Videos When Answer questions or asking Questions >
At many time when you answer questions raised at bayt , you would like to share recent studies , researches , photos and schedules , But you are unable to do so, because there is NO options to do that !!!
5. Last , I would also recommend Bayt to include instant messaging “ CHAT” between Bayt employees “ specialties “ instead of writing question and wait for answer . why we don’t have instant chat box for writing live comments and answers
