Quality is very important factor in Industrial Engineering.
This is because it has direct effect on the brand name and clients' loyalty to the product.
Although assuring of having high quality products or services might be costly, It saves the company from higher cost in the case if the product was with lower quality unless it was the clients' requirement.
For example: Toyota has collected back d sold cars of certain model for maintenance, Toyota did this to maintain the brand value in the market and increase the customers’ loyalty.
But at the same time if Toyota could sell the product with good quality from the beginning, Toyota won’t have to do all this and avoid the extra cost.
