Can I get a lecturing/teaching job in relevant field in any of the middle east countries?

I have a B. Sc degree in Geography and M. Sc degree in Land resources development. I am also currently doing PhD in Natural Resource Management and Climate change writing a thesis on Role and optimization of Meteorological stations in some parts of North Western Nigeria,
