Which of those describes how you want to make a difference with your life and others' life? Is it: 1- vision 2- mission 3- strategy 4- plan ?

For me vision is an advantage make me different than other but without plan and strategy and completing mission my vision and skills will not be alife

I see that every thing happens twice. The first is conceptual. Here comes the strategies, missions, visions, & plans. The second is physical. Here execution comes into play.

You need both to make any difference. You need the mental map and waking that map to make the sought difference.
