1- Yes, the customer is the boss.
Customer has bad experience.
They will let 10 people know (ie spreading fire).
Thus, losing income.
But giving out too much Candy to the customer, can also bring down the company.
There has to be a strategic balance.

+1 - Yes , customer is king , If u make customer happy by your service your the winner , But sometimes customer also has the idea about this , therefore they try to take more advantage of it .
For this vendor cant loose his patience .
But if they want to grow their business then .
such mentality has to accepted at certain level,

in general yes in rare A firm hires an expert after a hard way and want to make many customers not single.Do you have any experience of this or being a customer how many man you fired in your life.Once a team is made, it is no sense to fire a employee or a chairman on a customer request.
I respect customer but never like that he has power to quite me from my office.

Really it all depends on how good you are and how your business stands on its footing. If unreasonable customer demands something from your business ,you don't really have to meet the demands at all cost if you are massive company. Look at the likes of Google & Microsoft .

Yes.

1 - Yes, it's absolutely correct. But only allegorically, because every company in the world has a lot of customers, and this is normal, when from the 100 customers, company has 1,2,3 or other number of dissatisfied customers. It isn't possible to please everybody, to please every client or customer.

Howewer, if there are many dissatisfied customers, for example more than 30% or 40%, company should be changed.

Yes but not Waltons version. Walmart has always been known for being super tight on their suppliers while on the other hand,  they are at certain times cold and detached.
