Really it all depends on how good you are and how your business stands on its footing. If unreasonable customer demands something from your business ,you don't really have to meet the demands at all cost if you are massive company. Look at the likes of Google & Microsoft .
1 - Yes, it's absolutely correct. But only allegorically, because every company in the world has a lot of customers, and this is normal, when from the 100 customers, company has 1,2,3 or other number of dissatisfied customers. It isn't possible to please everybody, to please every client or customer.
Howewer, if there are many dissatisfied customers, for example more than 30% or 40%, company should be changed.
Yes but not Waltons version. Walmart has always been known for being super tight on their suppliers while on the other hand, they are at certain times cold and detached.
