In principle I am agree with Ahmed Shreef. The5 essentials of successful customer service are also true for your staff output or performance:

  1. Knowing the customer and their needs
  2. Inviting customer’s perception of your service delivery to match or exceed their expectation
  3. Maintaining positive and future focused attitude and approach with customers
  4. Leveraging your strengths to increase loyalty and create long term relationships
  5. Handling difficult and out of control customers for win-win outcomes
