Although the financial function cannot be described as the most important basic pillar of the organization, it is not distinguished from other pillars in the following: 1- It permeates all aspects of the organization’s activities, so it is not possible to visualize any activity that any administration performs in isolation from the financial aspects. 2- Financial decisions are binding decisions for the organization in most cases and therefore require extreme caution in taking these decisions. 3- Some financial decisions are fateful decisions. When the organization decides to obtain a long-term loan and mortgage its assets to cover this loan, if it is unable to repay it, its existence may be exposed to expiration. 4- The results of financial decisions do not appear quickly, but rather take our time, which leads to the difficulty of correcting the error.
