Hello Jackson,
If you received the information that somewhere in the protected building happend this type of incident you must immediately take the SOP steps.
The first is your call to head of your shift than head of the security, the second is preventive measure to calm down the situation - dont be panicked, the third is avaluate this info and try to evacuate the people around you to the safety room. The best to avoid to be shot is not to be hero and let it to the special corps.
Crisic plans are essential and if you are well trained in you know what to do.
with best regards,
Mike H.
LW: for more info give me know.
Hide somwhere safe and call the cops, give them the maximum of details you have ( adress, when and where exactly the shot gun heard from, how many people in the building) if iam alone i stay put and wait for the cops specially if i don't have clear vision of what's happening. If i see exactly wher the suspect is, i will go to the opposite site make people stay put and silent and shut their doors. i do the same thing for every location or room. If iam not alone, i will advise my team via radio give them the information and make sure we try together to save many people we can discreetly. Assist the cops when they arrive and do what they tell.
