It became a common situation during the quarantine period, as I see. A lot of people lost their jobs, many entrepreneurs had to stop their businesses, somebody just got that it is a time to change a specialty. Thus, employers hire workers without relevant experience - it is a possibility to give a new employee just those skills and knowledge that are appropriate for a certain company. A team of such workers may be even more close-knit than a team of experienced experts. Furthermore, in my opinion, it is a good sign if a person wants to change the professional field - it means that this person can adapt to changes, can learn new things fast, can set new goals.
