A manager should be a good team builder, knows how to help your team members to complete a tasks in efficient, consistent and aligns with the company overarching strategic goals.
Remains calm even if the schedule is hectic or you're receiving a high volume of customers, and if you can identify immediately the root cause or bottleneck of the restaurant operations. Then lastly, If you know how to determine what others are feeling first, then you are a great Manager. I list a few but for me, those are the most important.
