If you are involved in elearning, what (in your opinion) do you think is the best LMS in terms of technology, features & cost. Blackboard or Moodle?

Blackboard is high end LMS. It is a paid per user solution.

Moodle is the best choice for free open source solution.

As one is paid and the other is free, you need to balance between both.

Blackboard costs about $ per user annually.
