If products portfolio is not competitive, you need to go back to basics and find a competitive edge. There will be no business unless you have a product that can sell. Period. Other factors incl.. Marketing support can be redesigned once you have a saleable product.

It is good that some one understands the need for marketing support and availability of a competitive product to be able to establish, continue to be in the market place and thrive!

Presently, there may not be any marketing support or a product  that has a competitve edge, but do you have a mangement which is ready to listen to you? Do they have the leadership and willingness, the resources and the infrastructure to create something valuable for the market place?

Often in starts ups, all the necessary ingradients for smooth establishment and continued functioning of the start up in a competitve market may not be there! However, what matters most in a scenario like this is whether there is a sensitive, nimble and alert leadership avialbale to quickly decide and put in place enabling mechanism that is dynamic in nature and addresses the customer needs of the chosen segment.

another important aspect is the availability of adequate resources for a given competitive market place.

IF the leadership and the management team is sesnsitive to the needs and changes that are happening in the market place, support in terms of devising innovative products and effective marketing to reach out to the customers , can be put in place.

without the visionery leadership and  a professional, effective , alert management and teams of dedicated personnel who understand the market place environment and customer needs , even an excellent product or service shall fail.

It is the duty of the front line personnel to bring back relevant market intelligence and genuine feedback from the customers to the willing management to make suitable changes in product design and to adopt an appropriate marketing strategy.

As such it is not necessary to despair and throw up your hands in the air . Make a sincere effort and bring back  genuine market feedback to urge the leadership and management to correct course to become customer focused and armed witha innovative product that competes well.

Ideally one goes to the market with their products only after having adopted a well thought out business plan, and an effective marketing strategy  with a good product. if that has not been done right in the beginning and simply one rushes to the market they are bound to fail in today's highy competitive, globalised  ever evolving market place, Some one, even after failing,  has to consider the dynamics of the market place and initaite measures to become  market oriented.

Good luck

Do you have potential customers that need/want your product/service? How do you know? If you don’t know you have no business.

I'm sorry to tell you but if your product(s) do not have any USP or a competetive advantage over its rivals it is going to die by time.

But thinking on the bright side, if you really think your product can achieve something and deserves more but you are low on resources, than you need to do something about it.

Be creative and make a SWOT analysis, see what are your competitors doing and make a come back for your products.

Good Luck!

Demand it self very small, but when it came to excution the customer still like traditinal product basicaly short term vision and cost effetct, coming to competitors, they are giving full soltuton product, means S/W and H/W, in this case we are out of competition bcz we depend on system integrator companies and most of them are out of countries, that mean I have to make additional effort to contact them and convince them to collaborate together and here will lose time, additional margin, SVC issues ... will be out of market.
