As a blogger do you advice updating the website on daily basis?

It depends on the nature of your blog, some topics are more frequent than others, for example celebrities gossip websites are updated several times a day, same thing goes to political blogs, social blogs update less often than others, it also depends on how many writers you have on your team, some people who blog solo update their blogs once a week... So it all depends on what kind of content you provide.

just when you have rich articles, also when you wanna write, you must say no to many subjects and select only the best to write!

It all depends on your niche. if it is about eletronic gadgets like smartphones, tablets, laptops, then yes you will need to update your website/blog daily.

But since most blogs are run as an outlet for sharing one's expertise, you can decide for yourself how much you are willing to write per week rather than everyday. Once you have decided how much you want to post per week create a schedule and stick to it.

Remember people want quality and not quantity. One quality article per week/per day will win anytime against multiple low quality articles per week/per day.
