Some companies do not need time management to achieve, but they need time revolution. What does this mean?

I may give two examples to answer your question. 

1- Motorola was the first company to create mobiles phone which was on that time a revolution.

But they did not maintain the creativity and innovation and now there is other companies that has taken Motorola place like apple when they redesigned the concept of mobile phones to be a smart phones. 

2- the same scenario applies on company called ever ready which it was the first company creates batteries and now the market for energizer and duracell.

So, time management is important for companies and people but not enough without haveing a time revolution.
