Nonprofit organizations are established for various reasons, depending on the services they render to the community they work so shall their responsibilities/duties varies.

But all Nonprofit Organization are meant to bring social good, change and development to grass root level in mainly rural communities where governments have totally neglected. They are also meant to bring to the government notice things which are not going well at the bottom.

Some Nonprofit Organizations are watch dogs, some are support team while some are initiators of development and global change makers to make the world a better place for humanity.

My Organization helps rural communities to assess portable drinking water by rehabilitating hand held boreholes built by local/state government but no longer functioning, free eye surgeries for cataract and glaucoma to stop preventable blindness and primary health care to rural communities in collaboration with state and local government.
