Why managers don't notice silent workers but are result oriented?

Most people just work silently, hoping to complete his task without influence from others, but usually taken by managers as weakness.

it depends on the maneger type, ethics, opservations

 

silent workers, may be just workers

get noticed by your performance , your work, not by your voice

 

this is the best worker you can get

 

but the problem may be in the maneger, who just notice the loude voice and not the good work
