Based on my overall experience, I realized that companies are looking for high educated candidates. even if your experince meet their requirements.

According to my personal experience mostly companies are looking for the relevant experience and education as well. But the preference would be experience in the relevant field.

Based on my experience, companies always pay attention to your work experience, and only then look at your education. When I was looking for a job on this site, which you can see click here, it was exactly like that. Education is good, but you got it many years ago, while work experience shows how experienced you are.

Well!, Each and everyone among the (High Education and/or years of relevant experiences) are on it’s own. The essence of the Company or an Organization to look for the high Qualifications or Educations is depends on the Company’s Management and policy(ies). Some are just considering and looking for more years of someone’s experience(s) with a little bit of educational Levels(due to the exposure and awareness of an individual or a person), and some are also looking for an individual with more Educational levels and/or qualifications in order for the company or organization to consider them as a Career ones.
