First of all, we make a database for the Customers and what they interested for . Special targets for each one as well as we can, that will make them like a real family . With some events to invite them to share us the best moments. And the most important part when you meet a customer and call him by his name ( mr/miss/mrs ….. ) with a special discount ; that’s directly touching his mind and enough to keep him with you. They will come back to find who interested for them :)
