Dear , according to your explanations , u mentioned that after re-evaluation, the employee attitude changed to worst.
I would like to know one thing , there's four type of employees : .Good attitude & good business.
.Good attitude , with bad business, this is can be managed through training .......etc .
Bad attitude & bad business: this type of employees MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
.
Bad attitude & good business, this type should be given grace period to change his attitude, if after RE-evaluation, THE SITUATION still the same OR/AND worst, so as professional, such employee(s), must be out of business.

Each employee have specific expectation from the organization and his/her manager. As per the defined situation, change in attitude happened after revaluation, which may happened due to an adverse action against the key motivational factors or change in work condition which may be unacceptable to the employee.

Training may help to change the employee attitude to some extent, but basic needs should be fulfilled at the foundation level to achieve the expected output.
