1- Making sure that the over is pre-heated
2- Making the cake with the right measurements.

3- Spraying your baking tray.

4- Consistency (not too much flower, not too much water) In my opinion the best way to mix and know the right consistency is by hands.

5- Don't put too much butter so it won't be greasy.

6- Its always better to use icing sugar if you don't want it to be too sweet.

7- Don't open the oven once you inserted the cake you should wait at least 30 min.

8- Always make the oven on high heat and after the cake puffs up lower it so it can take it's time to be cooked through.

9- You will know whether it's cooked through or not by inserting a knife into it, if it came out clean then its cooked other wise means it still need some time in the oven.

0- Don't cut the cake once it is out of the oven, make sure it rests, or may be leave it over night, it always tastes better the second day.
