There're so many good softwares to use in editing and each has its features but about myself and experince i prefe the Final Cut Pro X on others cause o the featurs an plug ins that let you handle whatever you want to do or to create the soul of clips.

I personally use two or three softwares simultaneously. Either Final Cut & After Effects, or Adobe Premiere & After Effects. However Final Cut is only for MAC so if you have windows you might want to grab the Adobe Softwares.
