In Excel you want to have a sheet that can not add any columns and rows, what should you do? Using the protection by password is not correct!!

It is soooo easy, we know that the last Cell in Excel is "IV65536", if we put a "*" in the that cell then you can not add any Column our Row in that sheet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Without any protection you can do that.

click on review tab 

Protect work sheet 

Password (set password after selecting list as shown below)

allow all users of this worksheet to 

1.select locked cells (click on this/select this )

2.Select unlocked cells(click on this/select this )

3.format cells 

4.format rows (click on this/select this )

4. format coloumns(click on this/select this )

5.insert coloumns 

6.insert rows(click on this/select this )

set password
