1/ Linking the company’s goals with the goals of the employees.
2/ Allowing employees to set job objectives.
3/ Choosing an appropriate method for setting goals, and among these methods:
#SMART method
It is an acronym, the first letter of which stands for one of the five criteria for a smart goal, which is that it should be 1- specific 2- measurable 3- achievable 4- relevant 5- time-bound
#Objectives and Key Results Method (OKR)
4/ Unifying goals for employees who have similar responsibilities.
5 / reward employees who achieve their goals.
6 / Work closely with employees, review the error and rephrase the goals for those who fail to achieve their goals.

Yes that is enough to build the good relationship and trust

Along with Respect and Trust the philosophy also wpuld include abiding with the school ethos and virtues. An organisation will be successful if all the members beleive and work towards a common virtue. Thus it is important to enforce and recall the school virtues and embed them in everyday activities.
