As finance manger I feel we should bring more profits expanding the busines ventures for more diversified business units.
Eg. Hotels orresturants - Target only the customers who enter into the business premises. Tagert should be expanded. say if 5 or &7 star hotel basically high end customer will enter for services. target ordience should be expanded for Mildle and low end customers.
Basically only keeping same Assests and Human Resaurces where its should be reduced food costing and build extra cashflow inflows.
