I'm a little confused when it comes to interpreting the results of my employee engagement survey. How do I use this information to motivate my employees and make them feel more engaged in their jobs?

The Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey is one of the most widely-used employee engagement surveys in the world. The survey consists of 12 questions, each one focusing on a different aspect of employee engagement.
