Just like the difference between  fiction and reality. Fiction has to make sense, which it seldom does.

Pretty much everything, especially when it comes to e-marketing where in University they teach very little to nothing about online campaigns and digital media strategies and promotions, analytics tools and reports are no where to be found in any college curriculum.

Dear Ms. Gina the Marketing and its concepts which had been taught during university were  from real life examples which comprised of organizations and their strategies to survive in the business and maximization of profits. Our marketing aptitude had been tested via those cases and our grip on those concept and terminologies was rated through MCQs and project. Now, in practical life, those various concepts like Branding, Marketing Mix,4 Ps and others are being part of various projects. Though to have successful product and its launches it requires creativity, marketing research and utilization of all those examples from books is quite helpful and useful.

It’s all depend on marketer how S/he utilize those concept in their branding and marketing effort, though I am in HR but we too do branding, organization branding, working on promotional material(online and print) for generating pool of candidates and etc, its all about Marketing the HR.
