Is a cloud based tool superior compared to a sap based tool when considering Customer relationship management. What is360degree customer vew and how does it affect someone dealing with customer data
i can't add on Atif Najam's Answer, actually his answer is perfect.
I think the SAP tool you are refering to is being used to manage the customer relationship management which would be a software module provided by SAP. On the other hand Cloud is used to manage the services, in your case, you can have your private cloud to host your SAP Tool or have it hosted on a Public Cloud or use an hybrid approach.
Cloud itself will not provide you the functionality of customer relationship management but can be a service itself to the customer ( internet or external).
As far as the360 degree customer view is concerned, it is data about the customer that has been collected and analysed to provide all the information required to better understand its customer and his needs (likes/disliked, behaviour, feedback, touch point used, preferred touch points and so on).
