Normally in order to work as a tearcher in primary school or any type of school, they will ask you for your credentials, level of education( degrees such, AS,BA,MA,etc). They will also ask about your experience, years you may have taught in this field, qualifications, and references. If you are able to provide the required information and they find you have qualification and experience they need, a good chance you could be hired. If you have some of the qualifications, there's a chance you maybe hired or at least on a recall list. If you do not qualify, then you may not be considered. I'm sure there are other requirements I haven't mentioned, or they may ask questions related to your personality, but what's meant for you no one can take it away and what's not for you no one can give. Sometimes you may have the experience but not the qualifications, it does take special daring people to give you a chance but do what you can to earn the trust, the ability and the honor you need to become not just a teacher, but mentor, advise, a listener, a companion, a helper and a caring, loving guide to the students you wish to teach. Teaching is a gift and an honor not always taught in schools, you can be a teacher with everything they ask for but don't really understand or know how to teach or you may have the experience but not the qualification and have  the best way to reach the students and truly the desire to teach and help others. Where you want to teach you have to consider and can be based if you're hired. There's many options but many school system have their prefence, so know and under what is being asked and required and be realistic about you are able to do.
