Suppliers Long Term Agreements (LTA's)?

When having agreed suppliers LTA's on the Value Add Portion only what is it considered within the Value Add to be deducted? is it pure Manufacturing cost or also Manufacturing Cost+Manufacturing OH+Material OH+Tool Maintenance +Rejection cost (scrap)+Packaging?
