Marketing communications (marcom)

Marcom plans can be focused at the product level, the product line level, or the company level (for example, company or brand image)  or any combination of the three. The higher the focus, the less specific the elements of the plan.

Marketing communication are Set of  activities organization do in order to communicate with the market.

 

 Marketing communications professionals use every means available to deliver marketing messages to employees within the organization and customers outside.

 

Examples of communication channels :

Newspapers, radio and TV. Spreading messages on the Internet through the website, using banners on sites and through the promotion of other ways. Common way is participation in exhibitions and display messages or various conferences. You can view the company or its products on the street by billboards, print shirts and cars. There is extensive use of personal appeal to potential customers via telephone, e-mails either.

 

Good Marcom Mange turns to client’s heart and Brain.

 

Absorption lines:

  1. Maximum energy is usually invested in the visual language through which turn to a sense of vision. Catalogs, Folders, brochures, pop up, roll up, billboards, labels, banners, newspapers and the Internet, videos and video clips are just some of the existing visual aids.
  2. Radio turns to customers through their sense of hearing.
  3. Brands of food users taste. Mostly writers, exhibitions and fairs
  4. Brands in cosmetics users sense of touch sense of smell when they allow customers to try their products (sometimes even door to door).
  5. Use the sense of touch in other areas like fashion.

 

Marcom manager has  is to provide aid through all media channels.

 

We use Marketing communication for two objectives. One is to create and sustain demand and preference for the product. The other is to shorten the sales cycle.

 

 

Now we are moving to Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) which is a term that emerged in the late20th century regarding application of consistent brand messaging across myriad marketing channels. The term has varying definitions and the differences can play a part in how IMC is viewed and used.
