W #1 – What

What is it that you wanta accomplish this year? Business life,  – start by deciding.

W #2 – When

When do you want accomplish the goal by? More importantly… When are you gonna budget the time and attention to take the required action to hit the goal on schedule?

W #3 – Who

I think this one is the most critical.

Ask yourself… “Who will benefit from this goal when I accomplish it?” Of course you will benefit! But what I mean is: “Who (or which group of people) will this goal bring value to?”

Then (The3rd “W” has two parts). Who will help YOU accomplish the goal?

It takes a team effort to reach the big goals.

Your team can be made up of staff, partners, colleagues, your network, mentors, vendors, resource providers and of course, family. Have I missed any?

The “WHO” in our “3 W” formula is so critical!

Finally, the “H”  - How

How are you going to accomplish the goal.
