Soil investigations showing soil properties are unsufficient for foundation means that they recommend for Piling instead of regular footing.

Based on the recommendation given in Soil investigation report you can adopt type of Pile foundation.

Compaction of Soil by various other means will not guarantee required SBC for Foundation works.
