What to do and not to do during Group Discussions?

What to do

1) If you can be the first to start, then it is a plus point. If you cannot no issues, join the discussion within a couple of minutes

2) Add valid points to the discussion(Max3-4 points).

3) If you do not understand the topic, then listen to the discussion and then enter it.

4) Write down salient points as you may be asked to summarise.

 

Donts:

 

1) Do not shout

2) Do not be rude.

3) Do not hog the discussion too may times.

4) If you want to enter the discussion, the enter by saying " you are right, and to add to your point", or "excuse me".

5) Avoid personal experiences.

6) do not be the last to join the discussion.
