If your boss assign you a task and gives you a deadline. You are pretty sure that you can not do that task within that time line. What should you do?

Do it first if you are not able to finish ask for extension of time with reason 

 

  • Making Focus and giving attention on m work and i try  to do property. I case if out of time try to able a good reason becouse of the reason why am not finished up😄

i would plan out properly, use fish bone theory to estimate the time for each breakdown task. this will let the boss aware and take a quick decision. taking corner will only end up unsatisfactory outcome.
