How can i increase my chances of finding a job or internship as a career changer?

Unfortunately i get rejections because of my lack of professional experience. Of course i have a lack of professional experience. I gained my experience during my studies and am constantly continuing my education. Nevertheless, i only get rejections and i would like to know how i can increase my chances. Thank you.
