Managing The CASH in a Construction Company is same but little bit Complex Phenomenon but By Making Different Heads and Sub Heads we can manage it Effectively.Likewise:

  1. Staff Salary
  2. Material Cost (Purchasing running Cost)
  3. Stationary Cost (Running Cost)
  4. Communication Cost (Running Cost)
  5. New Tools & Tackles Cost (Running Cost)
  6. Transport Maintenance Cost (Running Cost)
  7. Liasioning with Authority Cost.
  8. New Vehicles Purchasing Cost.
  9. Labour/Worker Cost including Over Times. (Running Cost)
  10. Staff Bonus & Increments (Fixed Cost)

Like that we can make Different Heads of Expenditures and can divide the responsibility in Accounts to Handle it.
